Class times are approximately 3 hrs.
First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens Training
If you ordered the First Aid Certification or Bloodborne Pathogens Training you will receive an email to access and complete the online class. Your eCard for the class will be provided to you once you have completed your online course.
Directions to Class
Please note: For safety reasons, only registered people are allowed to attend the class. All others must wait outside. Minors waiting outside should be accompanied by an adult.

Our classes are held at Avalon-Suites that is located at 5850 San Felipe St. Suite 500 (5th floor) Houston, TX 77057.
Please wait in your car or outside of the building doors until the Instructor escorts you in. Please DO NOT follow behind an office client going into the building. You should only be let in and escorted by the instructor. The instructor will be there before the class starts to open the doors and you will take the elevators to the 5th floor. We conduct classes in one of the conference rooms.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Only students attending the class will be permitted to enter the premises.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class and be prepared to enter the building promptly at your scheduled class time.
- Do not enter the building without being escorted by the instructor to your classroom.
- Please do not access any other areas of the facility.

Our classes are held inside North Houston Executive Suites in the Glenborough Tower which is located at 100 Glenborough Dr. Houston, TX 77067.
The instructor will be waiting for all the students in the lobby 5 to 10 minutes before the class starts. Please do not be late. Only our instructor can let you get passed security. Houston Police Department will be there 24/7.

Our classes are held at Ventures Coworking that is located at 8866 Gulf Fwy #135, Houston, TX 77017, inside the Vibe Hobby building.
Head into the main entrance, walk pass the elevators and look for the conference room, in Suite 135
The instructor will let you in 10-5 minutes before the class starts.

Parking
5850 San Felipe, Houston, TX 77057
Plenty of Visitor Parking is available. You can park directly in front of the building or in the garage using code 59505*. Please enter the Parking Garage from August Drive. Enter the garage, immediately turn Right, then drive up to the Visitor Parking Gate. The key pad is on your Left Driver Side. Enter the code, then the arm will lift. Please DO NOT park in a Reserved Space.
If the parking arm fails to open when you pull up close to it, back up and park in the loading zone, against the fence, and the 30 min parking.

There are plenty of visitor parking spaces available in front of the building.

When entering the building from the Feeder road on Gulf Freeway, turn right and stop at the security box. Please inform the security guard that you are there for a CPR class and go to building 66. Make a right at the parking lot as it is on the front of the building.
AHA Guidelines
Per AHA guidelines, students are required to bring their 2020 AHA Student Manual to class. For your convenience, if you would like to order an electronic copy of the AHA Student Manual e-book for class, please click this link.
Our Policy
Classes will begin on time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time in order to be admitted to class. To avoid having to pay for another seat, please be sure to arrive on time. Refunds are not permitted.
For security reasons, the building door may be locked. If you arrive early, please wait in your car or in the designated area as indicated in the provided instructions. The instructor will be there 10 minutes prior to class to let you in.
How to Reschedule
If you have to reschedule it will be a $20 fee. You must follow the directions below for rescheduling. In order for a rescheduling to be properly made, we require you reschedule at least 24 hours before class time/date.
To reschedule please pay your rescheduling fee here and send an email to support@ucpra.org with your full name and your desired new class date. Do not wait to the last minute to reschedule. We will not accept any reschedules that are made AFTER the scheduled class time/date. If you try to reschedule after your class time, you will have to purchase a brand new seat on our website.
If you do not show up to class and have not rescheduled 24 hours in advance, unfortunately, you will have to repurchase another seat on our website.
Missing Your Card?
Please note that WE DO NOT ISSUE PHYSICAL CARDS in accordance with AHA guidelines. An eCard will be sent to your email on the same day as class. If you are missing your Ecard, we suggest that you check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, send an email to support@ucpra.org with your name exactly as you want it to appear on your card. Also, in that email, tell us where you took the class, the date of the class, and your proper email address, and we will get it to you by the next business day.
Terms and Conditions:
Refunds are not permitted. Reschedulings are $20 and must be made PRIOR to class. Online products, including First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens are non-refundable.
